Annual meeting follows dinner
AYC Club and Event Committee are providing:
Ham
Baked Potatoes - plus sour cream, chives and toppings
Green Bean Casserole
Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Cranberry Sauce
Rolls
Club Members please bring a side or dessert.
Beer, water & sodas will be available to purchase from the Ship's Stores
BYOB is allowed for anything else that you would prefer to drink. There will be a cooler and a refrigerator if you need.
Table service will be provided by the club and Warrenton Community Center.
If you would like to help with setup and cleanup, we would welcome you to join in!
Setup up at 17:00 - 17:30
Cleanup is at 20:30 - - 19:00
RSVP is not required for this event. If you would like to add your dish to the list, it would be fun to add to the menu. Reply to the email.
The ballots have been mailed out for the Board selection. You may drop them in the mail or bring them to the meeting to be counted.
