About The Event
Commodore Bruce Faling will teach attendees how to establish a boat's position by taking a noon site with a sextant.
Mr. Faling is a retired Navy officer and graduate of CCC's Maritime Science program, and a Coast Guard licensed captain with sailing endorsement. He is also currently Commodore of the Club.
Attendees may bring sextants, and Mr. Faling will show them how to adjust and maintain them.
